About Event
A two-hour hands-on workshop where you make chocolate truffles from scratch in a small studio kitchen — temper the chocolate, roll the centers, dip and decorate — and walk out with a boxful of the truffles you made. A craft-class evening that ends with something you can actually take home.
An experienced chocolatier walks the small group through the steps. You learn the why behind each move: how tempering changes the chocolate's structure, why ganache ratios matter, what makes a truffle hold its shape. The studio provides every ingredient, every tool, and every flavor — single-origin chocolates, infusions, garnishes — and you choose what to make as you go.
Best on weekends and evenings, with small group sizes that keep the kitchen unrushed. The right format for date nights, friend-group activities, small celebrations, and travelers who want a hands-on experience rather than another guided walk.
