About Event
A restored 1960s Volkswagen microbus loops the San Francisco highlights in around two hours with a maximum of about six guests. The bus itself is half the product — the kind of vehicle that turns heads on every block, makes every group photo iconic, and converts an ordinary city tour into a more memorable thing.
The route covers what most first-time visitors most want to see — Lombard Street's switchbacks, the Painted Ladies at Alamo Square, a Golden Gate Bridge viewpoint, a Twin Peaks panoramic stop, and a slow waterfront roll past Fisherman's Wharf. The small group size means you actually get to talk with the driver-guide, ask questions, and adjust the pacing on the fly. Stops are timed so you can step out, take photos, and get back in without being rushed.
The combination of small group, vintage vehicle, and well-paced route is the reason the format has a strong cult following. Families, couples, and small groups of friends are the natural fit.

Good to know: weather-dependent — open-air-feel vehicle is best in fair weather. Comfortable shoes for the photo stops. Bring a light layer; the Bridge viewpoint is cooler than the city.
