About Gomry:
At Gomry, we're building a refreshingly simple CRM and operating system. Founded in San Francisco in 2022 by three Italian founders, we've rapidly grown to serve over 850 communities worldwide, primarily in Europe and the US. Our platform empowers communities to efficiently manage events, forms, applications, memberships, and, most importantly, sponsors and sponsorship deals.
We are currently a team of four people dedicated to our mission.
We're also the proud owners of the Silicon Valley Fellowship, a program that started 20 years ago and that we have been operating since 2023. It helps young international talent get fast-tracked into Silicon Valley. Through the Silicon Valley Fellowship, we connect promising individuals from around the world with experienced Silicon Valley mentors, building valuable networks, friendships, and opportunities in the process. We’re big fans of America and the American dream. Having experienced it firsthand, we’ve seen how powerful it is, and we want to make it come true for as many talented people as possible.
Our Mission and Values:
Customer Obsession (rather than competitor focus):
At Gomry, our primary customer is the community manager. They need to trust us the most and pay close attention to our actions and product. When in doubt, always prioritize the value we bring to community managers. We are here to serve them and do right by them, first and foremost.
Commitment to Excellence and Overdelivery:
Extraordinary performance is the only thing that matters. The path to improving our personal and business situations is through consistently overdelivering and overperforming. Nobody is rewarded for complaining or for anything else, really. This is how all high-performing countries, organizations, and companies operate. Gomry is no exception, and it never will be.
Long-term Thinking:
In the short term, the market is a voting machine, driven by sentiment and trends. But in the long term, it's a weighing machine, valuing substance and sustainability. We’re a company that wants to be weighed, and over time, we will be—over the long term, all companies are. In the meantime, we have our heads down, working to build a stronger company.
We are a Marketing-Oriented Company, and the Product is Our Most Important Marketing Tool:
Our product is the first impression we make with potential customers and the reputation we maintain with existing ones. It’s our best leverage to grow, so let’s make it extraordinary.
It’s Always Day 1:
Day 1 is a mindset—staying hungry, focused, and relentless. Day 2 is an "arrived" mindset, complacent, taking success or things working for granted, leading to stasis, irrelevance, painful decline, and ultimately, death. That’s why it’s always Day 1.
Become the Best in the World at What You Do:
Leaders are lifelong learners, driven by curiosity and a commitment to self-improvement. They seek feedback and diverse perspectives, aiming to become the best in the world in their field. While they lead with confidence, they are also objective, fact-based, and willing to admit when they’re wrong.
We Move Fast:
Compounding daily, rather than weekly or monthly, makes a massive difference in the long term. Slowness anywhere justifies slowness everywhere.
Lost Frequencies, Martin Garrix, and Alan Walker:
We love them.

Visa and Relocation Information:
At Gomry, we believe in providing equal opportunities and fostering a meritocratic environment. Our visa sponsorship policy reflects this commitment:
Visa sponsorship is not guaranteed and is reserved for individuals demonstrating exceptional ability and performance after a few years of working with us in Buenos Aires.
All employees, regardless of background, will be given the same opportunity for visa sponsorship based solely on their merit and contributions to the company.
We adhere to a strict policy of non-discrimination and maximum meritocracy in all our decisions, including visa sponsorship.
As an Italian-owned American company, we have a unique advantage compared to other tech companies in the U.S. immigration process:
For candidates holding an Italian passport, the visa process could potentially be faster and simpler due to specific provisions in American immigration law (E2 visas).
We believe we are the only Silicon Valley tech company that can offer this particular advantage to Italian passport holders.
However, it's important to note that this does not guarantee visa approval, and all candidates will still need to meet the exceptional ability and performance criteria.
Our goal is to provide opportunities for talented individuals to contribute to our mission, regardless of their national origin. We are committed to navigating the complex landscape of international employment law to support our team members' growth and mobility, while always operating within legal frameworks and maintaining our commitment to fairness and equal opportunity.
Please note that any discussions about potential visa sponsorship will only occur after a significant period of employment and will be based on individual performance, company needs, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
