Role Overview: Front-End Engineer
We're seeking a talented and experienced Front-End Engineer to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role will be crucial in building and maintaining our platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

Gross Salary Range: USD 24,000 - 48,000 per year (+ equity)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive, and performant web applications using Next.js
Work with Firestore to implement efficient data management and real-time updates
Implement pixel-perfect designs using Tailwind UI and custom CSS when necessary
Collaborate closely with designers, back-end engineers, and product managers
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Participate in code reviews and contribute to our engineering best practices
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development
Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments
Contribute to the overall product strategy and technical decision-making
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience working in startups with Next.js, Firestore, and Tailwind UI
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React
Experience with server-side rendering and static site generation in Next.js
Familiarity with NoSQL databases, particularly Firestore
Expertise in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Understanding of web performance optimization techniques
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Willingness to work in-office in Buenos Aires
